This formula was created to relieve the pain and discomfort psoriasis and eczema can create on your skin.  Natural herbs were particularly picked for healing and infused in Avocado oil for a few months. An addition, extra Vitamin E and Vitamin D, Carrot Seed oil, Neem oil and Castor oil were added for their extra moisture and healing powers.

Extra Information for your interest:                                                                                     If you have psoriasis and/or eczema, and there are many kinds, unfortunately, you probably know that psoriasis and eczema are mostly the cause of what is happening in our immune system and our gut.

Psoriasis is not a skin issue in any way. Nothing topically can cure it. Tafiy All Natural products can ease the pain and itchiness and give high moisture to your skin, yet curing or better yet making it disappear is all done from better eating. Psoriasis and eczema are personally a very serious issue for me.

My personal suggestions are: First, understand your body, what kind of psoriasis and/or eczema you have. Consult a professional, even go for a second opinion to help you understand more about your body. For example, a lot of people with psoriasis and eczema are deficient in Vitamin D. Small things to hear about, that can help you rid of psoriasis and eczema. It is not as hard as we think, a bit time consuming, yes, because we are learning, yet these are the bodies we are given, and I think we all want to live a pain free life.

Throughout my extensive research I have looked into natural ways we can help cure psoriasis and eczema.

*Turmeric: It is such a natural Ultimate Healer! I put it in everything. Scrambled eggs, rice, chicken, pasta sauce, literally everything.  My father makes a tea concoction every day: Turmeric, raw local honey and Cayenne pepper with a stick of cinnamon.  Refill the cup with warm/hot water, the flavors are still there.  Turmeric is an anti-inflammatory, anti-fungal, immunity booster and improved digestion and so much more.

*Bone Broth: Make a soup. Round Marrow bones or chicken bones and lots of veggies, turmeric, salt pepper. It is delicious, really. In the winter my grandmother used to take the soup liquids and put it in a cup. A “cup of soup”, warms and relaxes while healing your body. The bone broth is high in collagen and heals the gut for a healthier skin. Chicken broth is high in type 2 collagen and repairs gut lining and skin.

* Oils for cooking….I use grape-seed oil for frying, Avocado oil or Olive oil for sauces and side dishes.

*Fermented food: Yep. Pickles, sauerkraut whatever you find you like (red ingredients), even make it yourself.  It is rich in probiotic bacteria, increasing your gut and digestive system and your immune system in all.

* Ease up on the red meat intake. While red meat is a good source of Protein, Vitamin B-12 and iron, regular consumption of red meat is linked to heart disease, kidney problems, digestive issues and even some cancers. Choose your red meats carefully. Leaner and unprocessed red meat do not contain excess salt, fat or preservatives. There are many different and delicious recipes for meat lovers that include Turkey and Chicken. Try it.

*Salmon: With so many delicious recipes. Salmon is High in Omega-3 fatty acids that help to fight and reduce inflammation.

*Fruits and vegetables. There are so many different options, so many different recipes. Find the things that appeal to you, find the tasty fruits and veggies you like. Add seasoning, it adds so much taste.

Other things to add to your diet, especially when having psoriasis and eczema:

*Vitamin D

*Good Probiotics

*Goats Milk/Yogurt

*Fish Oil...BLAHHHHH, but good for you.

*Watch out for perfumes or dyes, even on clothes. The deodorant, hair products, detergent. All of these products seep into our skin and affects our bodies.

**Did you know when we smell from bad body odor, it means we have some kind of toxins in the body that are trying to get out. We are not supposed to smell bad when sweating. If that is the case, go over what you are eating and see where you can make healthy changes.
